Prelaunch About section heading versus navigation tab

The classic prelaunch body heading uses the campaign's custom About section header, with About as the fallback. The sticky navigation tab still renders the literal word About. Identify which placement the user means: changing the body header does not mean that the navigation tab changes. If the body itself remains unchanged, inspect the actual saved setting and page layout; another template may use different controls.
