Offline gifts do not have a general matching-exclusion switch

There is no gift-level Exclude from matching checkbox in the individual offline-gift workflow. Creating an offline gift queues matching; eligibility follows the offer’s directed designation, affiliation, email and other rules. Keep the legitimate gift and its actual data intact if it belongs in totals and the donor roll. Arrange offer eligibility with Support before recording the gift if it must be excluded, or review a correction if it already matched; do not falsify its designation/affiliation or delete it merely to reduce a match.
