Idea-submission notifications and test entries

This article covers GiveCampus campaign administration. Available controls can vary between the classic and redesigned campaign interfaces.

In the Idea Submission flow, submission emails go to Fundraising Superadmins, Superadmins and Crowdfunding Admins subscribed to Campaign Submission Notifications. Selecting the notification preference alone does not add the required role or confirm successful delivery.

Reject changes the submission's status and retains it in the review system; it is not deletion. The rejection workflow has a separate decision-message option, so inspect it before rejecting a test. A complete permanent-delete workflow is not available in this interface; ask support to review test cleanup.

Form Details exposes an internal Form Title, public Form Header, and Form Instructions. The submit action uses a fixed success message and redirects to the referring page or school page. These controls do not confirm an editable confirmation-screen message, arbitrary form colors/images, or a custom URL slug. Confirm which submission interface the school uses before applying these limits to older interest forms.
