How donor names affect duplicate detection

The ordinary online unique-donor calculation uses the donor name and email together, not the payment name alone. The combined offline/online deduplication compares lowercased offline name/email with online payer name/email; offline rows without email take a separate path. A typo only in Paid Name does not by itself establish an extra counted donor. Campaign/tier/class/match counts can have additional rules, so compare the actual fields and count being investigated before changing records.
