Giving-form checkout during an active campaign redirect

A school can have a temporary campaign redirect that sends visits to eligible giving-form checkout pages to an active campaign during an agreed date window. GiveCampus Support manages this special redirect configuration; it is not a customer setting in the ordinary giving-form editor.

If a giving-form link unexpectedly opens a campaign, send Support the original link, the destination, and the intended behavior/date window. After a change, test the original source links as a signed-out visitor. A redirect changes new visits; it does not move historical gifts.

This is separate from the school's Make a Gift button destination. It also does not mean the bare branded root, such as give.school.edu, can be pointed directly to a particular form or campaign; that root opens the school page.
