Direct an offline match or challenge to multiple class years

The new-offer Class Year selector chooses one year. The ordinary offline offer's donation editor exposes Directed years as a multiple-selection field. Where that editor is available, select each intended year and save, then verify the saved restriction. Online offers and other interface versions may require support. This is a fixed selection, not an automatically rolling “last ten years” rule. Clarify the exact inclusive graduation years and do not widen it to All Donors to bypass the selector.
