Default ask amounts on tiered pages

Tiered pages share their parent campaign contribution form. Suggested asks use the parent campaign’s amounts unless recipient personalization or autofill overrides apply; a separate default for each tier is not provided. There is no per-tier default-ask control in this flow. For different preset amounts in separate appeals, use a tested contribution link with its amount prefilled, preserving the tier/designation attribution parameters, or a separately configured giving form when independent settings are required. That does not change the default for every visitor arriving through the tier landing page.
