Archived giving forms and campaign name conflicts

Campaigns and Giving Forms share the school's project permalink namespace. Archiving a form does not free its permalink, so an archived giving form can conflict with a new campaign's generated URL even when it is absent from the campaign list. A distinct campaign name/permalink does not have to contain a year. Review historical links and records with Support before repurposing or renaming the old object; do not delete it merely to clear the conflict.
