Late offline uploads and ended matches or challenges

Adding offline gifts after campaign end can recalculate final campaign totals, but does not generally reopen an ended ordinary matching offer. Offline uploads apply to offers eligible at processing time, including remaining capacity, state and dates. If gifts must automatically progress a timed offer, upload with enough time for processing before its end. Do not hold the upload until afterward expecting automatic unlocking. Ask Support to reconcile intended late credit; legacy email-directed offer selection differs and must be checked against its actual state and terms.
