Incentive FMV and report columns are separate

Set the incentive’s fair-market value and supported receipt benefit/deductible tokens for the selected reward. Creating an incentive also creates an incentive additional field. A default report that expands additional fields may therefore change; do not guarantee its columns remain unchanged. Choose or create a fixed custom report column set excluding unneeded incentive fields, then test a selected-reward gift and receipt. Report columns and receipt benefit handling are separate settings.
