Follow-the-fund match across selected groups

Follow the Fund controls where released match dollars are allocated; eligibility is a separate directed-designation setting. The match designation selector permits one selected node, which may be a group; it does not provide arbitrary multi-selection of unrelated fund nodes across groups. Do not move existing tier memberships or select all donors just to approximate the requested restriction. A supported grouping/reconfiguration must be reviewed for the exact fund set, or use separate matches with explicit limits while recognizing they do not automatically share one aggregate cap.
