Can I add an incentive selection to a match or challenge form?

No. Donor incentives are available only when making a standard gift. They are not available when making a match or challenge, and an incentive selection cannot be added to the Match/Challenge Form.

Creating campaign incentives or editing the Match/Challenge Form does not enable incentive selection for match or challenge donors. Instructions for configuring incentive choices, bundled incentives, or the no-incentive option apply to standard gift forms.

The Matches & Challenges tabs include Match/Challenge Form when the campaign has that template and the administrator has Advanced Campaign Admin, Crowdfunding Admin, Fundraising Superadmin or Superadmin and access to that campaign. Open it to edit the supported fields on the corresponding form. Incentive selection is not supported on this form. It is distinct from changing the rate, threshold or criteria of an existing offer. If the tab is absent, support should check template availability, school interface, assigned role and campaign access; do not invent a universal navigation path for legacy schools.
