This article covers GiveCampus campaign administration. Available controls can vary between the classic and redesigned campaign interfaces.
Entering email addresses for a directed offer is not merely a silent eligibility list. Creating a directed offline offer, confirming an online offer, and saving directed-email changes can queue directed-match notifications. Notifications are sent to addresses that have not already received a directed-match notification for the offer. The creation/update paths do not confirm a draft-campaign safeguard or an approval step before emailing. Confirm recipients and communication intent before using this feature.
The directed-match notification uses Anonymous for an anonymous offer; otherwise it uses the payer name. This does not prove which setting was saved or which template version sent a historical email. Ask support to inspect the actual notification for a past disclosure complaint.
The message describes the offer and provides a recipient-specific campaign link and instruction to use that email address. Request the actual sent message from support when an exact copy is needed. Do not republish one recipient's personalized link as a universal campaign link and check delivery separately. No broad promise about suppression/DNS-list handling is established here.
