Custom leaderboard counts are computed rather than typed into a row

The custom leaderboard builder edits row labels, filters and goals; it does not expose a field to overwrite the current donor count. Row totals are computed from qualifying gifts. Eligible aggregate offline adjustments can contribute, but they are filtered: The row adjustment path requires one filter, and tier rows only accept this path for a designation-node filter. An overall campaign adjustment therefore is not guaranteed to change every custom row. Correct the underlying records or have support review a justified scoped adjustment; changing a goal is not changing donors raised.
