Choose Group of Friends or fund and affiliation targeting

In the creation form, A Group of Friends is an alternative radio choice to designation/affiliation/status targeting. Switching choices resets earlier direction fields. The disappearance of an Engineering selection when choosing friends is consistent with that behavior; do not call it a bug or promise this form combines both. A separate award destination is still different from qualifying-gift restrictions. Ask support to review another supported setup when both an email cohort and a designation restriction are required.
