Campaign hero thumbnail versus an Update video

The custom campaign hero video thumbnail control does not apply to videos inserted into an Update. The Update editor uploads a video and inserts its Vimeo embed; it exposes no custom-thumbnail field. Ask support to inspect the exact hosted video and available provider-side thumbnail handling before promising a replacement. For a predictable email image, use an approved linked image pointing to the video and preview the update; this does not change the player thumbnail.
