Affiliation adjustments on newer tiered pages

The parent campaign’s Adjust Class Year & Affiliation Data control is not an independent per-tier adjustment bucket. Newer TieredCampaign class/affiliation calculations use individual online and offline records passing each tier’s gift filters; those services do not apply the parent’s aggregate class-adjustment rows. Enter individual offline gifts with the correct affiliation/year and any designation criteria for the intended tier. Legacy child campaigns and custom leaderboards have separate calculation paths and should be checked separately.
