A created leaderboard is not necessarily displayed

This article covers GiveCampus campaign administration. Available controls can vary between the classic and redesigned campaign interfaces.

For the custom leaderboard display, the campaign must use the leaderboard builder, include the custom leaderboard display in its selected statistics, and have the leaderboard online. Creating or saving a draft board does not make it public. The public page renders online boards in their configured order. If those settings are correct but a particular board is still missing, inspect the actual campaign layout and board state; do not infer the reason solely from the public URL.
