Understand administrator preview and volunteer ghosting limits

The general user-impersonation action is restricted to GiveCampus staff. School administrators cannot use it to sign in as a newly created colleague. To validate a training role, have the intended test user sign in through the approved account workflow and compare visible actions with the assigned permissions; never ask for that person's password or verification code.

Volunteer ghosting is a separate, restricted VMS workflow. You cannot ghost another administrator or guest; ghosting sessions are recorded. It should not be presented as a way to bypass those restrictions or preview arbitrary fundraising administrators. Ask support to review a specific permission issue when direct testing is unavailable.
