Separate Stripe Link emails and saved payment information

For GiveCampus accounts and administrator access.

Stripe Link is a provider-operated saved-payment checkout service, separate from the GiveCampus account's Wallet. A donor using Link can receive Link account or transaction messages in addition to the school's GiveCampus donation receipt. An additional email alone does not confirm an additional charge; compare actual gift/payment records if the donor disputes a payment.

Manage Link preferences through Link's account/payment and notification controls, including management links in legitimate Link messages. Use Link's verified support/account site to manage saved details or close that account; do not provide payment details in response to an unverified email. See Stripe Link and saved-payment privacy for the existing provider guidance. Removing a GiveCampus Wallet method is not the same action as removing Link information.

A school can ask GiveCampus Support about disabling Link on its checkout. The Stripe checkout honors a school-level disable-Link configuration; this is not a documented donor-facing GiveCampus email-preferences switch and does not delete existing Link accounts. Provider notification behavior and account closure are documented external operations, not guarantees about a particular donor's enrollment.
