Hide donor affiliation percentage tab

The classic and tier donor sections honor a school-level Show donor affiliations list setting. Ask authorized support to review that setting and its school-wide impact; it is not documented as a switch for only this one campaign tab. The reported percentage still requires reconciliation of offline affiliation data and denominator, and hiding the display does not correct those records.
