Edit prelaunch content after activation

The prelaunch edit/save path accepts background hero image and positioning, hero image/video, about text and custom content sections; it is not limited to the first draft. Review changes on the actual public prelaunch page because the campaign's ordinary landing page is a separate surface. Editing prelaunch settings is included in Basic Campaign Admin, Advanced Campaign Admin, Crowdfunding Admin, Fundraising Superadmin and Superadmin for accessible campaigns. Activating the prelaunch page requires Advanced Campaign Admin, Crowdfunding Admin, Fundraising Superadmin or Superadmin, as well as the required content; an upload error is not a signal that all activated content is locked.
