Duplicate leaderboard gifts after offline entries

Edit the existing donation’s designation to allocate an already-recorded gift; add an offline gift only for a separate real gift not already represented. Adding offline rows on top of existing gifts can double count. Support must reconcile the specific rows against actual receipts, remove/correct only confirmed duplicate offline records and recheck totals. Do not force the stated totals through arbitrary adjustments or delete settled payments.
