Constituent IDs in offline gift exports

This article covers GiveCampus campaign administration. Available controls can vary between the classic and redesigned campaign interfaces.

The dedicated Offline Gifts CSV contains name, email, amounts, affiliations, designations and location fields, but no constituent-ID column. In the All Gifts report, ordinary offline-donor rows also return a blank constituent ID. An offline gift appearing on a linked constituent profile does not mean that those exports include the ID. Use an authorized reconciliation against institutional constituent data or request a scoped support export; review ambiguous/shared emails rather than inventing identifiers.
