Check a campaign video that was uploaded but is not visible

Confirm the exact school and campaign, then inspect its Upload Campaign Video / Replace Video area and saved preview. The interface accepts mp4, mov, avi, mpeg and mpg, and notes that larger files take longer to upload and process. A transfer finishing is not proof that processing and the displayed page are ready.

Campaign hero media and prelaunch-page media have separate settings. Verify which page is currently being shown before uploading the same file again. The campaign controls note that a hero video takes precedence over a hero image when both are uploaded; the saved video/display configuration must still be correct. A separate thumbnail is not the video itself.

If the saved preview or public page remains wrong, give support the campaign, approximate upload time, affected page and observed result. Support can check the upload’s processing status and any provider error. Check the processing result before uploading another copy.
