Changing full-amount commitment on an existing offline offer

The full-amount commitment checkbox is available when creating an offer, but it is not available on every existing offline offer. Its availability depends on the offer’s current state. Ask Support to review the existing offer IDs, intended conditional commitment and current progress/state before correction; do not delete and recreate a completed award merely to change this term.
