Campaign clone missing tiers and leaderboards

This article covers GiveCampus campaign administration. Available controls can vary between the classic and redesigned campaign interfaces.

Cloning copies newer tiered campaigns as drafts and remaps parent/designation relationships; it rejects the older tiered-parent setup. The leaderboard builder can be enabled on a clone without copying the original leaderboards. Review and recreate missing boards as needed. Support must inspect the original campaign type and interface, clone results and skipped-record errors to explain a particular clone and recover the intended setup.
