Annual campaign title reuse

A year suffix is optional, but the campaign must have a unique school-level permalink. The permalink can be regenerated from the campaign name, so simply reusing the same name can collide with the old campaign even though names do not have their own uniqueness validation. Use a distinct name/URL or have authorized support plan stable annual routing. Renaming the old underlying name can change its permalink and affect old long links; archiving alone does not free the URL. Review the resulting URLs and historical links before publishing.
