Add offline gifts while a campaign is live

This article covers GiveCampus campaign administration. Available controls can vary between the classic and redesigned campaign interfaces.

Advanced Campaign Admin, Crowdfunding Admin, Fundraising Superadmin and Superadmin can manage offline gifts on campaigns they can access, including live campaigns. Basic Campaign Admin does not include offline-gift management; partners cannot enable that capability individually inside the basic role. Authorized staff can add gifts received outside checkout during the campaign. Review the save/import result and affected total; do not create a second record for a gift already counted elsewhere.
