How to use

Check the item’s current closing time and final result. Auctions with late-bid protection can extend an item after an accepted bid near closing. The extension window, duration, and maximum number of extensions are configured for that auction; there is no universal duration in this article.

Use the auction’s own bids/standing and invoice/payment surfaces to review what you owe and complete the requested payment. A leading bid, a finalized award, an invoice, and successful payment are separate states.

Troubleshooting

If a timer changes, ask whether late-bid extensions are enabled and whether the item has reached its extension cap. If an invoice or award is unexpected, provide the item and invoice identifiers to the organizer. Do not assume refunds, reassignment, or payment completion based only on a leading bid.
