School administrators review personal-video submissions

This article covers GiveCampus campaign advocacy. Available controls depend on the campaign interface and enabled advocacy features.

The campaign Personal Videos management page has Pending, Approved and Rejected videos. Authorized school reviewers must review and approve each submission; approval makes it public and notifies the advocate. Submission notifications go to fundraising administrators subscribed to personal-video notifications, not simply every project gift-notification recipient. Check that separate subscription and the actual submission/delivery log when no review email arrives. Do not assume GiveCampus staff automatically approve every video or that upload alone publishes it.
