Performance dashboard without rest of school dashboard

The School Dashboard authorizes access at the dashboard/school-platform level, and its Fundraising Performance sections are based on school product access. It does not expose a separate read-only Fundraising Performance permission that hides every lower navigation item. Review least-privilege reporting alternatives with support; do not grant broad administrator access merely to show this one panel.
