This article covers GiveCampus campaign administration. Available controls can vary between the classic and redesigned campaign interfaces.

School-level GTM head/body configuration is distinct from a campaign tracking pixel. GiveCampus staff settings expose these code fields; ask support to verify the approved container and intended school. Do not assume a school administrator can edit the staff settings.

Supported Events layouts can also load the school’s GTM configuration. Your analytics team still needs to configure and test the required events; installing the container does not guarantee that every registration conversion is reported.

GTM is suppressed in the giving-form preview context. On public pages, GTM waits for advertising consent. Check the public page, consent state, saved school configuration and the intended tag/event with support when data is missing. A pasted container ID or a past setup email does not prove the current browser sent a conversion.
