External CRM gift ID in individual offline imports

Individual campaign Offline Gifts imports and their fixed export do not provide an external CRM gift-ID mapping. Putting a Salesforce gift ID in an affiliation column does not create one and can be ignored unless it matches a configured affiliation. Keep the source upload and an external reconciliation crosswalk; request a supported scoped export when transaction-level reconciliation is required. A constituent ID is not a gift ID, and CRM Imported Gifts is a separate dataset.
