The ended-campaign message can direct donors to the school's Campaign Backup Form. Visibility is governed by campaign/school configuration and a removal feature, rather than a freeform URL field inside the message. Ask authorized support to review suppression for the intended campaign or a change to the school backup destination. Changing the school destination can affect other campaigns; do not describe it as a private per-message edit.
