Designation autofill does not fill arbitrary write-in text

The supported designation URL parameters match existing designation names or administrative identifiers against the form’s designation nodes. This path does not provide an arbitrary write-in-text token that both selects the write-in choice and fills custom donor text. Leave the write-in value for the donor to enter; do not invent a write_in parameter or assume a free-form designation string creates a new designation.
