Constituent-ID columns in campaign offline uploads

The standard campaign Offline Gifts CSV loader does not read a constituent-ID field. Adding an extra ID column is not an explicit identity-matching instruction. It consumes the template name/email, amount, affiliation, designation and location fields, then separately attempts constituent backfill. Use the current template and donor identity, review resulting linkage, and request an approved reconciliation when explicit ID matching is needed. This is distinct from other constituent or advocate import templates that require IDs.
