Clone totals and tiered pages

The project clone creates a new project, clears cached data and resets final and offline donor/dollar totals. It copies configured tiered child pages into the new project as drafts and remaps their hierarchy/designation references. It does not copy the original project’s contribution records as part of these clone steps. If last-year gifts appear on a purported copy, inspect the actual new project/page relationship and URL rather than assuming the clone moved the gifts. Legacy tiered-parent campaigns cannot use this cloning workflow, so confirm the tiered interface before applying these rules.
