Backend identifiers are not tracking-link results

A giving form's Unique Backend Identifier identifies the form in reporting/integration contexts. It is distinct from a Unique Tracking Link and its results page. A missing results chart cannot be diagnosed from the identifier alone: obtain the exact report or link, filters, and the expected activity.
