Archiving tracking links and hiding archived records

The campaign/form Unique Tracking Links screen archives individual links; it exposes no bulk archive action. Active and archived lists are separate, so return to the active list to declutter the view. The archive confirmation states that tracking progress stops while the link still redirects to its configured destination. Unarchive restores tracking; email-template-associated links cannot be archived through this action.
