Add a second offline gift without another ordinary class donor count

Keep the real donor name, email and class-year affiliation on the offline record. Ordinary class-year deduplication compares name/email/year, with name/email ignoring case, so a matching online donor can contribute additional offline dollars without another class donor count. Replacing the internal name with Anonymous or omitting email can prevent that match. The offline editor states offline names do not appear in the campaign’s most-recent-40 online-donor feed. This rule is not a universal guarantee for every custom or tiered leaderboard; verify that board’s counting path.
