How to use

Use the organizer-provided auction check-in link and enter the operator name/access code when prompted. Search guests, inspect their registration/bidder details, and use the offered check-in action. The console includes contact editing, check-in undo, paddle changes, registration matching, and card-link resend actions.

For a walk-in, use the dedicated walk-in-bidder workflow rather than linking an unrelated registration. If the person already has a registration, inspect the suggested matching candidates before connecting it.

Rules and troubleshooting

This delegated operator console is distinct from the ordinary authenticated event check-in screen. An organizer can create, revoke, or regenerate its access link. If access fails, request the current link from the organizer. Guest check-in alone does not guarantee an active self-service bidder or a saved card.
