Upload email and text templates for advocates

This article covers GiveCampus campaign advocacy. Available controls depend on the campaign interface and enabled advocacy features.

First identify whether these are campaign advocates or volunteers using Volunteer Management. Campaign advocacy email templates configure messages sent to advocates; they are separate from a template library used by advocates to send their own messages. A shared campaign toolkit can provide approved copy and each advocate’s attributed link, but exact native template-upload steps require the intended product/screen. Do not direct campaign advocates to Gift Officer text templates.
