Export advocate links in bulk

This article covers GiveCampus campaign advocacy. Available controls depend on the campaign interface and enabled advocacy features.

Open the campaign's Advocacy area and choose Export CSV in the newer interface or Export Advocates in the legacy interface. The exported file includes Advocate Link (legacy header Advocate_Link) alongside advocate identity and activity fields. Use each advocate's own link when preparing their message; one person's link is not a generic link for everyone. In the newer interface, check search/status filters before exporting. Large exports can be delivered asynchronously by email. Exporting does not itself send an invitation or create a new advocate for every recipient in an external list.
