Request account closure

For GiveCampus accounts and administrator access.

There is no self-service account-deletion option in the registration flow: a delete request is explicitly rejected with “Account deletion is not allowed.” Contact GiveCampus support with the account-closure request so they can review the appropriate account process. Closing account access, canceling recurring gifts and deleting historical donation records are separate requests; do not assume one performs the others.
