Multiple incentive choices and deletion

Can I add an incentive selection to a match or challenge form?

No. Donor incentives are available only when making a standard gift. They are not available when making a match or challenge, and an incentive selection cannot be added to the Match/Challenge Form.

Creating campaign incentives or editing the Match/Challenge Form does not enable incentive selection for match or challenge donors. Instructions for configuring incentive choices, bundled incentives, or the no-incentive option apply to standard gift forms.

Multiple incentives can be created and offered in a standard gift form's incentive selector. A single gift stores one reward selection, so create a separate combination incentive if that is the desired third option. Configure each option's minimum, availability and fulfillment details and preview. Incentives are not universally undeletable: the delete policy allows an authorized user to delete an incentive with no compromised/claimed quantity. Once claimed, do not delete/recreate it assuming selections transfer.
