Matching rates must use whole positive per-unit amounts

The matching per-unit validation requires an integer of at least1. A0.50per-dollar rate for a50%match is rejected; formatting0.5as currency does not bypass the rule. Whole-number rates such as1:1or2:1use the supported per-dollar structure, and per-donor awards also use whole positive values. Do not silently change the donor’s promised50%terms to1:1; ask support to review a different supported structure or record the capability request. For a whole-number error with an apparently valid entry, inspect the actual per-unit value and other saved fields.
