Incentive appears taken but no paid gift is visible

Availability is not a paid-gifts-only count. The incentive logic counts qualifying confirmed/authorized/pending-authorization records, and its claim count can include pending checkout records from the last 15 minutes. Check the exact incentive, limits, eligible records and recent checkout activity before declaring it available or creating another copy. This does not prove a reported claim is valid; support must reconcile the actual records.
