Identify challenge winners versus qualifying donors

First distinguish a winner-takes-all challenge from an ordinary threshold challenge. For winner-takes-all, open the offer’s detail to review the winning competing designation and progress; for a threshold challenge, the report lists qualifying gifts rather than selecting one donor as a winner. The Download Report action on each offer returns its matched-gift report, not a campaign-wide winner roster. Compile winners from the appropriate offer details or request a consolidated export; do not call every qualifying donor a challenge winner.
