Hide campaign card percentage and progress bar

For the standard campaign card, enable Hide campaign goal in campaign settings. The card then omits its percentage and progress bar while remaining listed if otherwise visible. This is a campaign setting, not a card-only school-page toggle; it also affects campaign goal display, and tier goals have separate configuration. Donor and dollar totals remain on that card. Preview the actual school-page design because page-builder cards may differ.
